Hello. I'm Dai Aoki, CEO of init Inc. Our company was founded in January 2024 as a system development and consulting firm.

The name 'init' comes from a term used in system development meaning 'to initialize.' When new value is created in the world, there are moments when we question common sense, clear our preconceptions, and thoroughly confront someone's challenges or aspirations. Or perhaps it starts with a desire to 'change the world in this way.' init Inc. was born as a lab that continuously creates these 'moments when new value is born.'

While leveraging our strength in system development as a means to create value, we prioritize standing by people. People are the ones who use systems. For them, it's just one of many tools. That's why we don't pursue superficial digitization that merely 'seems efficient' or 'looks convenient.' Market research and direct dialogue with users are part of system development.
